Atlantic City Convention Hall Organ Society
DEDICATED TO PRESERVING TWO PRICELESS MUSICAL TREASURES
Your Questions... Answered
CAN I PLAY THE ORGANS AT BOARDWALK HALL?
The instruments are not in the best of conditions at present but work is progressing and the Kimball should be back in full working order during 2011. Work on the the Midmer-Losh is also on-going and the instrument is often turned-on during organ tours. These usually take place every other Tuesday - for full details, see the Tours page.
We do hope that, in the future, both instruments will be more accessible to organists but, obviously, it will take time and money to get them to a suitable condition. If you make a donation or join the Society, you can help move that goal closer.
